Hey guys, this day was very interesting; we took a day trip from Baku to explore Gobustan region of Azerbaijan.
First we started with something which literally changed the course of Human history and I am sure many of you doesn't know about it and that is First Oil Well in the entire world is right here in Azerbaijan.
Then we went to Gobustan Rock Shelter which has Petroglyphs which dates back to approximately 1.5 million years ago.
After that we went to see Mud Volcanoes.
And lastly ended our day with some Indian food at Nizami street.
According to us Gobustan is totally worth it and especially Rock Shelters, you can skip Mud Volcanoes if you don't have much time but we would highly recommend going to Rock Shelters.

Been to Gobustan mud volcano 2 weeks ago but to be honest it was very overhyped since its damn far from city just to see bubbles of mud for 5 minutes 😢 Btw content is nice 💯

if you see it from the point of Natural phenomenon that it is quite interesting. But yes if you are not interested in such stuff then its not worth it.
