It was built between 1844 and 1848, the breathtaking Palm House is still at the heart of Kew Gardens, offering a hot and humid environment for the tropical plants to thrive.
Many rare and threatened species grow in the Palm House including several palms endemic to tropical islands, such as Ravenea moorei, from Comoros, of which there are very few left in their natural habitat. Another critically endangered, very beautiful palm here is the Pelagadoxa henryana.,

Beautiful. Those hibiscus flowers look huge. Would love to visit this place one day.
