The anime is Wangan Midnight, all racing clips used for this video are from episode 10. Koichi Hiramoto has spent all his hard-earned savings and sacrificed everything he had in order to turn his R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R into a 600hp "Dragon," upgraded and tuned with his own hands. His goal is to beat the infamous "Devil Z", which is a 600hp Datsun 240Z (S30Z) driven by Akio Asakura. The 700hp "Blackbird" Porsche 964 driven by Tatsuya Shima joins the race on the second lap. All 3 are built for ultra high-speed racing on the Wangan. Reina Akikawa also runs with the pack with her 500hp R32 as all 4 face off on the second and final lap of the Wangan reaching speeds over 300km/h. It is a battle of not only lethal speeds, but nerves, driving skills, endurance and it will test their thoroughly-tuned cars to the absolute limits.
