New hedgehog mold! It's so cute, weirdly slipper-shaped but I'll let it pass. There's a pink pig as well, up for adoption at the annual bring-home-a-new-random-animal-day event. I love all the new characters in this set, they're such a random and eclectic bunch. There's a punk dad and an albino teen, a coupla kids and a cute grandma, all out making this event the best day ever. Plus Paisley. I'm not sure where Autumn is, I'm sure this would be her jam.
If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Lego is an artistic medium and no matter your building expertise there is something here for everyone. Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets and create my own customs (MOCs). I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so things can get a bit hectic, but I'm sure you're down for that.

The mindolls are so great in this set, really love the punk dad. The pig is a nice addition for a pet, prefer the old hedgehog model though. The colours are really great as well, but overall doesn't seem to be a lot in the build to be worth the price, probably one I'd try and pick up on sale.

Pre-COVID, we’d hold a neighborhood dog show in our local park and the ASPCA would being a truck full of adoptable animals and they’d take applications for adoption (for background checks) from folks who wanted a cat/dog, etc … they also gave away free squishy balls and frisbees …so they were always a big hit

Such a lovely set! The animals are so cute, and I'm really not over the names of the animals (Hamlet the pig absolutely got me). Also, your note that the hedgehog looks like a slipper caught me off-guard, but is absolutely on point 😂 I haven't realized that earlier, but it's so accurate. ~Wavey ;)

Hey Ellie! Everything goes better with lego doggos! And the hedgehog is a must have!🦔❤ I just bought 2 Lego 75372 sets to build my Clone & Droid armies. Friends sets like this one are an excellent way to get a whole lotta dolls & animals in a similar manner. Do you remember Dixie Cups? (Soooo simultaneously convenient and wasteful!) But I would have cut an arch in one and place it over poor Ida so she won't turn to charcoal under the Aussie sun! 😎😂💕

There is a game I think you will like. It's called Lego Cat Island. It's a creative map in Fortnite. The lego cats are the Lego Friends versions. It's really nice.

Haha I’m not an albino, but I don’t have nearly any protection in my eyes from the sun. My eye doctor said my eyes are really close albino eyes. I am supposed to wear sunglasses whenever I go outside… I just don’t. 🤫

Did you ever have one of those permanently placed RSPCA shops nearby - we had one at a local Westfield. Big cat enclosures with info about all the kitties on the front. Used to take Martin to look at the kitties before he was at kindy (and before covid times, I’m not sure they exist any more). This reminds me so much of that down to the amount of caregivers bringing children and babies along, desperate for something to engage their children who refuse to nap 😂 Can you imagine if we had one of these outdoors in Aus? What a way to attract all the local birds of prey and snakes in the area. Yes I found it weird Autumn wasn’t the core group friend in this one! Paisley’s getting all the love this season.
