I suggest you create "blogs" because they contain all the major elements of content creation, traffic generation, basic funnel design, lead magnets and more. It really is wise to do this type of a project early in your digital marketing career.

You really don't need to spend anything to start learning digital marketing; it comes down to grit and making sure you're consuming as much information as you can, then testing it for yourself. This is the easiest way to learn fast and accelerate your results when it comes to DM. My recommendation when it comes to when is the right time to buy some supports is when you've exhausted everything that free and your own experiments can get you.

I forgot how much fun digital marketing can actually be. What you said about learn by doing concept is key! I got a job interview tomorrow with one of the biggest agencies that market the automotive industry. I am happy I did not give up. Wish me luck!

I have a love and ongoing curiosity for digital marking since working in the communications department for 5 years at a nonprofit but did not know if I should just push for further knowledge and build on that skill. You REALLY bridge the gap between boring and outdated stuff like linkedin learning and real time skills we really need to get to know this business. Thanks for your excellent video. I have a couple of questions. I am wondering about digital design skills. Do I need to have web development and graphic design skill? Can you share which software you use? After some research, Digital marketing covers branding, branding strategies, concept, and SEO and digital content. It seems to a lot of skills that one person could do it. It will be helpful if you can explain what skills do we need.

Funny...I was thinking about this the other day in respect to my own time spent scrolling vs. the amount of time I actually spend getting stuff done. Developing the discipline to stay focused on a task can be brutal. Even though I make money based is based on how much stuff I get done for a given client, I still find myself slacking when I should be working towards clearing my list. Anyone else have this problem?

It's always a challenge. It may be that the projects are lacking challenge. It may be you really enjoy the content you are following - which is okay btw, but if you want to do more you have to watch this area for sure.

Do you know 3-6 business owners who might need some help online? If yes, I think you can make some money by offering them some services at reduced rate to try you out as a marketer. If you need full time pay before winter, then no you cannot rely on this as I do not konw your background. But if you are not currently surrounded by people who make you feel motivated and inspired to be successful then this will still be a great investment because you get the course and the community support which is real and thriving.

admire your channel man, I have a question tho. the reason I decided not to pursue digital marketing as a career was that I'm not a native English speaker, and no matter what it would be tough to compete with people from the English speaking countries. I'm from Russia, which means that I would have to work for free if I decided to work with the Russian market. And no I found out that there is a Russian girl who got a job in digital marketing in Dubai...( with, I wouldn't say broken but not very fluent English, can it be possible?

Yes, focus on rich areas, use translator services, do the fucking work man you are from Russia. You gotta hustle to get out of there and see the world. You can do it, but stop asking and go take what you want.

Do you think it’s possible for a college student to pay their way through school with digital marketing. I’ve been considering making websites for people to make some extra cash and this is a career path I am very interested in taking for many more reasons than just the money, but I just don’t know if I have the time to fully invest myself to learn full stack.

Depends on how much you need for your college, but it is possible. I bet you can help people on your campus make websites/better social media and make some cash. Also ask your school to hire you.
