Currently, I can refer to 2 styles that can counter the assault boost focused AC ( Except the last AC build of the video ) 1. GRIDWALKER + Coral Shield (or VP shield) + 2x Rifle + Trueno (or AURORA): The vertical maneuver doesn’t require frequent quickboosts, so the heat from the Coral Shield can be managed. Alternatively, you can still use a VP 0.6 shield. The vertical maneuver will make the assault boost difficult. It’s essentially taking advantage of EN management. However, if someone is good at EN management against vertical maneuver, the counter tactics may not work well. 2. Melee: If you use melee, you can counter close-range weapons like shotguns. The melee attack will force the close-range based AC to be defensive. This will cause the shotgun user to kite against the melee user. So, if you see someone complaining about a kiting user while they're using a shotgun, you can use a melee weapon against them and make them appear as if they are kiting themselves. However, if the close-ranged weapon AC is kiting well, the melee may not work as a countermeasure. 3. No counter for Heavy Assault Boost AC: The last AC build currently has no counter. It is a well-known type of build, and even a tournament winner has demonstrated its exceptional potential. I see that this AC build is one of the finest and most flawless AC builds at the moment.

I think you have to be similarly heavy against heavy tank if you want to go close quater, or else you have to maintain your range and height difference (or even play missile hit & run) if you are relatively light.
