材料:
1. 1 只光雞大約 1250 克 = 44 oz
醃料:
1. 1 茶匙鹽
2. 1/2 茶匙雞粉
3. 半茶匙糖
4. 1 大匙玫瑰露酒
5. 1/3 茶匙白胡椒粉
6. 3 片薑
7. 2 條青葱
跟汁料:
1. 6 大匙泰雞醬
2. 2 茶匙新鮮檸檬汁
3. 2 2/3 大匙糖
4. 2 大匙凍滾水
米料:
1. 1 枝香茅
2. 1 1/2 茶匙雞粉
3. 3 片薑
4. 3 個紅蔥頭
5. 一些雞油或 2 大匙油
6. 2 杯米
擦雞. 1 茶匙麻油
Ingredients:
1. around 1250 grams = 44 oz, chicken
Marinade:
1. 1 tsp salt
2. 1 1/2 tsp chicken powder
3. 1/2 tsp sugar
4. 1 Tbsp mei kuei lu chiew
5. 1/3 tsp white pepper
6. 3 slices ginger
7. 2 spring onoins
Sauce:
1. 6 tbsp thai sweet chilli sauce
2. 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
3. 2 2/3 tbsp sugar
4. 2 tbsp cold boiled water
Rice:
1. 1 lemon grass
2. 1 1/2 tsp chicken powder
3. 3 slices ginger
4. 3 shallots
5. some chicken fat or 2 tbsp oil
6. 2 cups rice
Brush the chicken:
1 tsp sesame oil
