Quran (17:1) سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى "Exalted is He who took His Servant [Muhammad pbuh]by night from al-Masjid al-haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing."

well i think you are wrong , to explain this travel literally not possible, how buraq was looked like someone can imagine, all the messengers prayed lead by prophet muhammad(PBUH) someone can imagine but real picture no one can draw. but at the end i would say that quran says mairaj was happened so everybody should believe that mairaj was happened. dont search for literal meanings.there are many things which quran gives examples from this world so that human beings can understand.

Quite realistic argument with historical references, it's confusing because how come Quran refer to a nonexistent mosque, that too they used it as first Qibka for such a long time, did no one correct them even the traders who may be visiting that area never thought about it.

The important point in the understanding of the Quran is that it deals with realities based on evidence and there is no contradiction in it 4:82. Its about the human intellect ... such intellect which can establish the system of Deen. Wrong beliefs lead to intellectual contamination and such minds can never ever understand the Quran and can never establish Deen. Rasul-ullah followed the Quran and got Allah's help... only thru pure Quran we can get Allah's help... period.

Well raised points .. but one thing on masjid eh aqsa I get it was not there before Muslims conquer . He is forgetting that the religion of Moses and Isa ( pbut) was not different I was same Islam ! So any worship building made was for Allah ! 😊 Ghamdi saab also point out Miraj was a dream . And I think Arsh is also creation of Allah like havens and earth and hell ! It’s mention in Quran about a place called Arsh. Obviously Allah is not in time space ! That’s why haven does not mean Allah also lives in Haven ! It’s for people ! It is possible Allah have shown prophet pbuh those places like haven hell and Arsh .

Mr Parvaiz has every right to make his explanation, but doesn't necessarily be final authority. Ahadith,or narrations are subject to scrutiny. Isra and Mairaj episode is mostly exagerrated in multiple and contradictory narrations. But what are the real sources of such exaggerated narrations is a big question mark...? Masjid Aqsa never meant the original Haikle Sulaimani but the Ardzul Muqaddas where Prophets preceeding Last One were raised. Allah allegorically showed his last prophet to lead all mankind including Children of Israel, Jews, Christians to the right path and that all preceeding nations, ummats have to follow him. The ascendence to Heavens was to show him the Kingdom of Almighty Allah, not the physical persona of Allah Who is beyond time and space.

when i was in university i read Ghulam Ahmad Pervez and took him as a scholar. But today after 30 years i listened him again... and found that he knows nothing.... even he does not know that he does not know. !!!!!!!!!!! so sad.

Unfortunately after listening to him we still believe on Bulshit given to us by Mula. He was one of the greatest scholar of his time a true student of Allama Iqbal

حضرت ابوذر سے حدیث مروی ہے کہ ” میں نے رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم سے پوچھا کہ زمین میں سب سے پہلے کون سی مسجد بنائی گئی؟ تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم نے فرمایا : مسجد حرام ( بیت اللہ ) تو میں نے کہا کہ اس کے بعد کونسی ہے ؟ تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم فرمانے لگے : مسجد اقصیٰ ، میں نے سوال کیا کہ ان دونوں کے درمیان کتنا عرصہ ہے ؟ تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم نے فرمایا کہ چالیس سال، پھرجہاں بھی تمہیں نماز کا وقت آجائے نماز پڑھ لو کیونکہ اسی میں فضیلت ہے ۔ (صحیح بخاری حدیث نمبر 3366، صحیح مسلم حدیث نمبر 520)
