I’m a kickboxer so I can’t speak to that as much but my general advice which would apply to you is 1. Find a good trainer and a good gym. This will be clear to you by how they teach, how they treat you, and if people from that gym are winning tournaments/local awards. 2. It’s not enough to train a few days a week. You have to commit to it as a lifestyle. 5 days a week minimum and don’t neglect working out either. You don’t want too much size but you have to train for explosiveness and muscular endurance 3. Never give up. If you’re tired or had a long day who cares. Your opponent is training when you’re resting. Get up and fight. You only have one life. Don’t pack it with regrets and laziness

You can also move to the left but you gotta shoot the jab at the same tima as you are moving lot of top level figthers move to the left against other orthodox figthers for exsample floyd ali and sugar ray robinson ps sorry for the english not from a english speaking country

@@sincity5268 Not in this case cause his opponent is Orthodox, so he’s dead center of it instead. If it was a southpaw who he was sparring with then yeah, moving left would work

@@maverick566 why? if my opponents orthodox id circle to my left to stay outside of his right hand, he he was southpaw id circle to my right to stay out of his left
