He's a brilliant actor. Wish he was in it more.

Tom Burke has been brilliant in the role of Dolokhov. I've read several reviews mentioning how, despite his brief appearances, he has stolen the show. Indeed, he has, the subtlety of his acting, the way he conveys emotion with his eyes or a slight gesture is amazing.

Perfect actor for this role. I could not imagine anyone else playing Dolokov!

Great actor, he's always so serious and quiet spoken in interviews, does he ever laugh?

Yes. =D

Oh yes... Apparently, on the set of "Musketeers", he was notorious for pulling practical jokes on others, particularly Luke Pasqualino...

This interviewer is so annoying. She seemed to tune out while he was talking and was just looking for the easy talking points. “Oh that sounds fun” and “oh that sounds bleak (giggle giggle)” without really getting what he was talking about. Let me talk to Tom Burke, I’ll do a better job and I’ll actually pay attention to his interesting comments! ❤

A very disappointing version , Off the Classic novel , The more impressive and so very close to Tolstoy masterpiece, Is the BBC 1972 version , With Antony Hopkins , Which is the full novel , The running time off over 20 hours ,and 20 hours episodes in total .

It might have been a classic book, but the BBC have cheapened it no end! Like a lot of the output nowadays, they cater for voyeurs, jerkoff merchants, and pinko factions! Hopefully, the BBC will give people what they want, and not some sleazy soap. Ripped off a Jane Austen storyline in this as well I noticed, though only watched the first few episodes, so thankfully spared the gay porno shit!
