I am overwhelmed just seeing this segment! Amazing skill of creation and puppetry.

I went to see this with my drama class.. Have never cried so much in my life! The puppets look so real!

I've never met a real foal and this one does just fine. Out of habit in riding school I watched the horse's ears and this one moves the ears just like a real one and I found myself watching the ears to judge mood. It's honestly that real to me. So real I'm compelled to binge watch. I'm so impressed by these people. I was feeling a bit low tonight and watching several videos of these people being a horse cheered me right up. Horses real or puppet always make me feel better.

Few years later, seen Kit Game of thrones and then seeing him as a young lad with this amazing puppet and going for it. Love it.

Magical, incredible, will go down in history. The film was wonderful and his appearance for the Queen's 2012 barge journey was so right, I can't put it into words.

The puppet work is so amazing, and the interaction of this character and the horse works so well. I love how they treat the horse like a real character.

People this is a play that U MUST SEE!!!!! I went with my class and teacher (teach is the one who organized it) We thought it was going to be boring and dull but it wasn't. It turn to be One of the best thing I EVER SAW and its not only me saying this but my whole class was Amazed and engaged to the Story (I'm even trying to get a job there)

Trying to get my sister to go with me to see this live. I saw the film with my friend and we bawled our eyes out. Such a beautiful story :')

This is art. The way they manage to mimic the emotions of a horse through this puppet is insane. Breathing, ear movements... It's incredible. They must have really studied horses

It hasn't been on in the cinemas as of yet, but it's been announced that in February 2014 the show will be broadcast live from the London West End to cinemas around the world. Googling 'war horse play cinema' should bring up some more info.

One time before we played the movie, I talked to the audience on a microphone and ask them to make their best dolphin sound.
