Update: I didn't need codebreaker I just dropped the patch file into the cheats directory and it recognized all of them. I just have to //-out the ones I'm not using.

Erick Rocha Yeah I agree it wouldn’t be very fun, but it would be kinda interesting to see it in the player point of view anyways. Such an underrated gem of a game. Honestly in my opinion NONE of the Godzilla video games are even as good as War of the Monsters. They’re close but definitely just not the same. And even war of the monsters I think can be a bit better. But man, seeing Cerebulon like that as a player is so surreal lol.

You have to name the pnach file with the game's CRC (you can get this in the log window of PCSX2), then move it to the "cheats" folder. Make sure cheats is also enabled in PCSX2.

@@punk7890 Fair enough, thanks for the reply! I had something cool happen using your codes the other day. I used the goliath prime code, saved just before the 1st boss battle, then loaded that save while the cerebulon code was active. It loaded me as Prime, and the taunt button made him do the starting animation of his rotor blade rush attack!

@@pixelfoxshouse Okay you were wrong, I don't need codebreaker, and I did not need to type them in manually. I just place the patch file into the cheats directory and start the game with "enable cheats" on in the system section in PCSX2.

Yeah, you can use a debugger to find stuff basically, which emulators generally have in them. You will need to understand MIPS assembly language though.

So if I were to learn the assembly language, would the knowledge I gain from the emulator debugger translate to being able to make codes for the console versions of the game as well? Sorry for all the questions but you're just about the only person I've seen demonstrating genuine knowledge of the subject.

You would gain the knowledge to manipulate the game however you see fit. Creating codes out of what you did is slightly different, but not anything hard to grasp. I am not sure how AR Max codes work to be honest. I only converted them. Sorry they don't appear to work. Yeah, unfortunately Cerebulon only works on emulators as I am not sure why it doesn't work on a real PS2.

punk7890 Where are you based ? I have a European disc and I'm wondering if it's because I'm in England and the codes are American based so NTSC rather than PAL. I tried to use the Goliath prime code too and i got the same message. I assume the enable code is the ( M ) ?

Ah yes. That would be the problem. These codes are all for the NTSC-U version of the game (USA). None of these codes will work with the PAL game.

I meant what region of the game do you have, usa, pal. The code shouldn't freeze your game.
