Holy smokes man! the Weyland is the king of silver grinding. I like using Weyland with Glory/Avenger but I always focus on damage, the heal ability really helps the silver payout. Gonna have to remember that.

I built one in the WS and got it two days ago. In D1 I had one match to try it out at L1 with an ancile (L7) and avenger (L9) on Dead City. It got just over 912000 in damage in the game. I still think it is It is situational though for me (e.g. I would be hesitant on an open map) but I will upgrade it to L9 just for fun.

These some are ideas for some new robots with unique skills for the game that can likely wreck the ares meta. Each of these robot skills that i got can easily counter the ares BYE BYE ARES 1.New type of robot with explosion skill cuz there are 2 robots ONLY (hellburner and mercury) in the game that have a skill similar. Perhaps a bot that dashes and explodes at destination. Explosions go through shields so bye bye ares 2. A robot that has ability to make other robots slow down or stop moving entirely and make their weapons shoot much slower then normal. The skill can be like "EMP" or can be some sort of freezing ice type robot. Built-in weapons of ares shoot wayyy slower and the bot moves much slower so bye bye ares 3. A robot(preferably a spider bot) that has ability to let out mini bots or something that can capture beacons and damage enemies. Maybe have each of these mini bots have like 1 or 2 light weapons while having kind of low heath and maybe as you level up the robot, the skill of the mini bots increase and become more reliable. Mini bots can easily trigger the ares to use shield and team up to beat it so bye bye ares 4. Make 1 robot that gains health and speed as it damages or kills enemies, the more damage it does, the more health(similar to a parasite) Can outrun ares and have much more health regenerated from damage so bye bye ares 5. Make another robot that gains more damage and speed as it damages other robots, the more it kills, the more deadly it gets. (similar to number 4 idea. This can also be a robot pack together). Can also outrun ares and have huge damage that can almost decimate the ares so bye bye ares 6. An attracting or repel bot. Like maybe give a robot a magnetic ability that pulls an enemy to u so they can't run away or repel the enemy if you are trying to distance yourself for cover. Attract the ares to you so the ares will be at point-blank range so u can shoot it inside the shield or repel the ares away if you need cover so bye bye ares

Adrian after seeing this video do you think Weyland is good enough to compete in champions league? Because I had mine in my main hanger for a short time but it’s not leveled up so I took it out. But after seeing this video I became encouraged to level it up and use it. This is why I ask.

Great vid Adrian! I would like to ask a question about defense points. I know it's damage resistance but how much damage am I blocking? I use Weyland plus the 20 defense points while in healing mode as well and am curious to what am I exactly blocking? Am I blocking 20% damage?

I do have a Weyland. I have not tried Exodus because I only have one. Viper is also a good choice because it does full damage at 500m range.

I run a weyland with ember and ancil. I like that i can provide protection from vortex with ancile and heal my team at the same time. U should look at pilot skills increasing speed though. I think its a super kewl bot just because it is very team based.

I like my Weyland, but I run Tempest/ Ancile. Only all round lvl 10. Pilot skill: Energy shield expert/ Ancile Gives, 15% increased capacity when maxed! So I'm looking forward to seeing how it does. Have been running this build since I got it...

Adrian, can you try strider with max damage pilots using the Adrian pilots, with the right conditions strider will deal around 56% more damage when using damage modules

Look I have maxed Raijin... with most of these pilot skills. It has an immense amount of physical shield HP... like with 2 shields... equals wayyyy over 400,000 HP! But the counter is WEYLAND has 3 passive mod slots and healing.
