I didnt make them, but I'm fairly sure you can just swap the model of any worker unit with entangling roots. For the invuln trees, just go to Object Editor --> Abilties --> Special --> Units --> Harvest Gold and Lumber --> Data - Damage to Trees (set to 0) That way when a unit harvests trees it never kills them.
