That first goal was a sniper's bullet. Yikes. One thing I noticed is that Luke wasn't popping into the offensive zone unless he carried it in. Too often Courtney was left on her own with no one to pass to.

Schebs is a liability in goal. He dumped 4 turnovers right in front of net. Very lucky he didn't get burned

JM had no offensive strategy at all. Their goalie was incredible but they never had a good look to score being 2v3 on offense all game.

I noticed Courtney was basically all alone up there at the front zooming around being surrounded be 3 defenders constantly, I noticed Luke stayed near the goal when previously he was basically their main offensive player. I suppose their battle against the Worm Burners made them want to put a big focus on defence but I think they would have probably benefitted this time from keeping their original strategy.

Loving this tournament, but it could use some more depth in the commentary and interviews. Would love to see Paxton ask something more than “how are you going to carry that to the next period/game”. Would also like to see Joez add more than just stating the obvious and comments like “great job”. Also Get Rose and Joez a rule book or something so they know what’s going on instead of reading calls wrong because they don’t know what’s happening.

I feel sorta bad that teams that went 0-2 in round robin get a playoff spot. Really feels like it made the first game against these teams just not matter because the 2nd game was the elimination game.

For either of these teams to have a chance against the Worms they need to control possession and forget the dump and chase. Sadly I don't see either of them being able to execute that.

Hoodie and BBD need to both go to the same stick clinic..... dont look at the ball keep your head up whether its ice hockey or floorball if youre looking at your stick or feet you wont do anything good.

Guys, you block shots as close to the SHOOTER as possible, not as close to your goalie as possible.

Yup. It reduces the amount of angle that the shot has to get around the defender. That's why goalies will approach shooters at a certain point during shootouts.

Even if Referee Dan saw that I feel like he would've held the whistle. He's good at his job and knows what kind of tournament this is. I know I don't want to see that be a goal and I think most fans/viewers would agree. This isn't Pro level.
