This was an EPIC game with fantastic storytelling! Something Like a final chapter of classic WH book. Man, you have been cursed by the dice gods for tonight. I have come over this series to watch something like the League of Dungeoneers. I have just baked LoD second print. Its creator says that WHQ was his main inspiration. I am excited to start some old school dungeon crawling and my own and as well as to see more WHQ videos on your channel.

What a ride! Saw that the video was 50 minutes long. Blink of an eye and it was gone and spent sitting on the edge of my seat. This dungeon will go down in history!

Older video but to answer your treasure share question, pg26 of the main rules say that you keep a tally of cards a warrior is given, and discarded cards (the example given is a potion used) still count. What is uncertain is how this applies in a campaign where people bring previous treasure with them... in my games we always start the tally over for each quest.

3:35 Hate to tell you that when an effect says ‘not modified for armor’ you still are allowed to subtract toughness from the damage roll.

Still wondering what the outcome would have been had you moved to the second level upon entering and used the rules for multi-level rooms where attacking down gets +1 to hit and attacking up gets -1 to hit?
