I liked the Tertiary objectives. I understand why GW put in the "Painted Army" rule, but if both players have a painted army it gets a little silly. Great battle report, always fun to see Titans.

Titans need a buff big time. As a base line they should have 4+ invul and be able to get D6 wounds back each turn

Quick note: GW murdered the strategy of battleshock dodging. If a unit that is picked up would need to battleshock, they need to roll it as soon as they are placed back on the table.

Correct me if i am wrong but strike squads have sticky objectives so he could have used his strike squads to get the other objectives in the last turn

yep, other mistakes also, he can advance or fall back and charge and shoot with NDK which he didnt do, didnt use the GMNDK reroll effect, which didnt really matter but still. the flamers are one of the few weapons that are not psychic in grey knights so he didnt need to change the profile agasint the warlord. the warhounds plasma is ap 3 not 2 but if they had cover which they didnt say they had but i assume they counted it, they would save on 3s with true silver with cover. the rest of the prolems come from tactical choices like not leaving the objective with the strike and list building choices some of which wernt his fault as he didnt want to proxy. - grey knights main.

love the vid, got a few things wrong though: - heavy incinerator isnt a psychic weapon - librarians nemesis force weapon is actually AP1 (dumb but true) - librarian gives his squad a 4++ FNP against his own vortex backfire (damage from psychic abilities still count as being from a psychic attack per the rules commentary) - Dreadknights can advance, shoot, and charge naturally without having to use the stratagem (not the GMNDK though)

Wow whoever wrote the rules for the Warhound did not care at all to make it feel destructive or fun at all like it's a legacy unit that maybe 40 people will ever field...I'd expect every gun to have like devastating and much more ap and dmg on the melee though hitting on 4's is fine for that

Looking at the classic titan trio they all feel very underpowered compared to Imperial Knights.

im pretty sure titanic models dont get benefits of cover, correct me if im wrong with rules page on link to the rule

They do. Idk the page number since I use the 40K app. If you go to the *Terrain Features* section and then go down to *Ruins* section all it says is that models that aren’t completely visible gain the benefits of cover. In 9th edition they didn’t get the benefits of cover.

Isnt this more a Warhound Titan with Allied Daemons? Since the Warhound is 1.1k points? Had my hopes up for an awesome fight and got an obese mech :(

Tertiary objectives are very nice, a little nostalgia for a few points. But, you gotta stop with the hypotetical rolls, there is a lot to follow already. kisses.
