The way that swayman moves is unreal to me, so smooth and precise yet still pretty fast ... I want to move like that someday!

It’s cool to see how these guys prepare for the game ahead. Swayman had a shutout that game played really well and the warmup played a role in that performance.

@@BonesyTV after watching your buddy Kas’s stuff, it would seem the warm up starts hours ahead of the game with focus training. A far cry from beer league and our 3 minute warmup trying to dodge headshots.

Haha definitely a big difference between the two. You can still do all the same preparations that Kas does but those three minutes can seem like a game of dodgeball at times. Steve McKichan breaks down a great adult league warmup routine. Highly recommend that
