Imagine how sick a Batman Beyond movie would have been. Especially for people like me who don't feel like watching the whole show to understand the origin of that Batman.

So a man wearing a long coat walks into a talent agent's office and says I have a killer routine I want to show you. The talent agent says okay let's see it then. The man takes off his coat to reveal that he has a vest of dynamite. He lights the vest and then launches into a quite impressive song and dance routine. And just as the routine finishes, the vest detonates. The talent agent launches out of his seat and gives him a standing ovation praising him on his showmanship. And then the man's ghost appears and says yeah, but the problem is it's a trick that only works one time. Warner Brothers may have been able to bilk you and a lot of other people this time, but at the cost of many people giving them money in the long run.

In addition to a Batman Beyond movie, they should have also made a Batman Beyond game set in the Arkhamverse. The ending of Knight set up perfectly for that kind of story with Bruce faking his death, and he can take up the role of Oracle to Terry's Batman. It's sad when fans can come up with better ideas than a multi-billion dollar company
