R.I.P. Michael Jeter, Michael Clarke Duncan and Dabbs Greer. This movie was brilliantly cast and acted out. Stephan King is not only a successful author, but a masterful storyteller.

My husband and I went to see this movie theater. There was a lady sitting next to my husband who was holding on to his shoulder and crying her heart out. Then my husband teared up and then I did. I teased my husband a little bit after that. I could have gotten all kinds of jealous but instead I've held this as one of the most memorable moments I have of my husband. He passed in 2015. I wish we could got through that day again. I loved this movie.

It makes us reflect on how we tend to discredit or destroy what we don't understand. Quite possibly the most powerful movie ever made. It always brings a tear to my eyes because it makes me think about things I have done that I feel bad about but I can never go back to make amends.............the enduring human condition.

It’s so good that they used a real mouse and practical fake mice when needed, the limited CGI used in this still holds up today, the light from Johns hands and the “flies” that come from his mouth look great.

Always been a big fan of Stephen King. Most just see him as a "horror" story writer, but he is much more the conveyor of the human psyche and its many convolutions that occur during a lifetime. His character development is exceptional, IMHO, as proven throughout this film - w/ the aid of some great actors.

One of my all time favorite movies, made me cry for days, watched it 100 of times. This movie is brilliant, getting to watch behind the scenes or the making of this incredible movie!! Everyone and I mean everyone in this movie was amazing!! And so much credit those to the director and writer and producers and the whole crew WOW!! Amazing movie!! Kinda sorry I found this video. I'm the kind that hates being told how a movie was made. I have seen many movies, and many of those I've seen many times, simply because because there isn't anything planted in my mind to ruin them. Like being told how a magic trick is done. Once you see how it's done, it takes away the wonder of it. It's then becomes boring very quickly.

Arsaja they had made a Toy mouse 🐁 that was the death one they used a real mouse 🐁 like they did this with them they had the mouse 🐁 go to his Doug Hutchison foot and had the toy mouse 🐁 under his food

They have ASPCA representatives on every set. In Shaw shank when they feed the grub to the bird. They bought grubs from a bait shop, but they were not allowed to actually feed one to the bird.
