Thank you Fr Warner for today’s teaching of the gospel about the two blind men who had true faith in Jesus Christ. We should be proud to make the sign of the Cross in public places. God Bless you and your grandmother whose birth anniversary is today. 🙏

Dear Fr Warner, in today's gospel the two blind men openly hailed Jesus as the Messiah - they professed their faith in public & in private that Jesus was Lord, & their faith healed them. During Advent, we too need to publicly acknowledge Jesus for who He truly is. As Catholics we each honour & revere God in different ways, especially when we witness to all he has done in our lives. Today even non Catholic friends ask for healing prayers for their loved ones. We ask Jesus this season to touch our hearts & see more clearly the paths we should follow. May the soul of your dear grandmother rest in peace. Thank you for your prayers which we really need. God bless & heal you. 🙏 💕

Like the two blind men, we too need to have faith and praise God publicly about the good He is doing in our lives and that Jesus can heal whatever blindness we have. Thanks Fr for your teaching.God bless and heal you.

Thank you Fr.Warner for laying stress on expressing the fact that Jesus Christ is Our Redeemer and Our Saviour ,both publicly and in private. Just as the blind men"s eyes were opened to recognize Jesus as the Son 9f David and Yes my Lord. The blind men spoke about Jesus. We also need to proclaim the good news. May the Holy Spirit continue to inspire and guide you Fr.Warner.God bless you and protect you.

I sign myself with the Sign of the Cross, when passing a church and bowing to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, on a bus or auto.. Also when having meals outdoors.

Dear Father Warner your teaching today on Matthew’s gospel was so illustrative of the fact that we as Catholics are often guilty of hiding our faith and love for our Lord. Your point that the two blind men “may have lacked sight but had insight “ is at the same time simple and yet so profound. It sums up how clearly they acknowledged who Our Lord was and their tremendous faith that led to their healing, In your teaching I have found that you help us to understand how we can better serve and love God by inspiring others in our unabashed acknowledgement of our own faith & in the way we live our lives. Further, in our following & promoting the word of God proudly which is there for free for all of us to follow. Your teachings are truly a source of spiritual nourishment - thank you. May your Grandmother rest in peace.

I agree Father, that very few Catholics are ready to acknowledge our religion openly. One way would be to make the sign of the cross openly and publicly before having our breakfast, lunch or dinner not only at home but at our workplaces or restaurants when we go out to eat. I have made it a habit to say the grace before meals wherever I am.(I travel a lot) and I make the sign of the cross openly and slowly even in restaurants. We are privileged to be God's children. Let's acknowledge it openly. I am from Thane.

Thanks Fr Warner for today's reflection. May we not feel shy and let Jesus be know to others at least through the lives we lead. Yday I was at a Hindu wedding and I proudly made the Sign of the Cross at the dinner table. I do the same when at restaurants or traveling.

Thank you Fr. Warner - in our groups and myself always make the sign of the Cross before eating or drinking and have a silent prayer that anyone who see this sign will be blessed…..and some even come to faith. God bless you. Fr. Gerald G. South Africa

What you have said is absolutely true Father. While we greet our friends and acquaintances with a "Hi" and "Good morning", people of other faiths greet as "Sri Jai Krishna" or whatever God they believe in.

Let my faith be like the two blind men saying "YES LORD" and be disobedient like them in professing my faith by publicly manifesting and acknowledging my Saviour and Lord. Yes, there are times when I fail to acknowledge in public, but it is a good reminder Fr. Warner to make known our LORD to people of other faiths. Thank you Fr. for today's reflection...prayers for all. AMEN!

Gd morning Fr Warner. When I enter the rickshaw or car I make the sign of the Cross and before going to sleep bless the Holy Father and people who are in hospitals and all my friends. Signing ourselves with The Cross is a protection which I have personally experienced.

Some interesting points shared Fr. Warner. When our relationship with God is strong we do not have to worry about expressing our faith. I still make the sign of the cross when I pass a church, if I am walking I stop for a moment and pray, I gene flex when I am crossing the tabernacle. When I have my meals I take the sign of the cross and say my prayers before and after meals. Whenever I get the chance I share Jesus with those who are keen to know Him. This comes naturally to me as I do not feel ashamed that I am baptized in Christ. I read spiritual books when I am travelling and if anyone asks I share God's Word with them. May the soul of your grandma rest in peace.

Thank you, Father Warner. Your clear explanation of the readings has helped me understand the nuances of the gospel and has helped deepen my understanding of the Word, especially this morning's reading - Let it be done according to your faith - how often I read the word without dwelling on the deeper understanding between the lines. God bless you and your ministry.

Goodaftrnoon father. We are sometimes reluctant to talk of our Lord Jesus in public and so also even to do a sign of the cross. Very sad. How to change this dear father?????
