Einstein never says that Energy is the product of mass and velocity(E=mc²) Although he says the the matter present in the the body is the ratio of it's energy and velocity (m=E/c²

I think you may be not right here, the equation actually derived from conservation of energy and it's not even a full equation. The actual equation is E^2=(M*c^2)^2 + (P*C)^2.
