SMART practice. In terms of skill, it depends on the position, but I'd say handles, because it can create shots, passes, layups, etc. and by working on it, you'll make shooting and passing feel easier by improving your control over the ball

Coach, can you do a tony parker/steve nash scoring moves?? I mean they can dominate with less athleticism.. That would help a lot

Nash is a shooter.....Idk but im pretty sure you dont need to be too athletic to shoot.

Just joined the gym for the first time today. Ive noticed that my handles need some work, cuz i focus too much on stationary drills so when i go to game situations its a bit weird. But i also think i could have done better with my handles, i was just too shy with tje ball. Anyway, just wanna thank u again for these vids, im gonna keep improving👊

Guys, if you arent improvjng as fast as you hoped, just practice more. I practixd at lrasf 4times a week with 1h to 2h of work. After a grand total of 2 weeks, his drills made sense and areuxh easier to rep. Just be patient

Hey coach. There's this weird problem I face with my dribbling. When I dribble and attack the right my footwork feels completely natural and fine. But whenever I try to make the same moves attacking my left. My footwork starts to feel awkward and sloppy. What's going on...?

Don't take this for 100% truth because you have to be able to change your dribble speed and be able to slow it down. You don't always want to dribble hard and fast. Also you don't need to always stay low when you are dribbling the ball
