ingredient and details:
the lamb weighs exactly sixteen kilograms. Keeping lamb in a cold room for at least five days after slaughter allows it to cook and roast better. the stuffing (rice, raisins, barley noodle and spices) must be 70% cooked. I put the salt in the armpits, in five hours of cooking, the salt will spread all over the lamb.

I love to watch Uncle Hajji's cooking I am Black American this is how my grandad use to cook his food with all his vegetables from his garden and them barbecue his meats in his own marinates I miss this old school cooking my grandad garden was beautiful just like this he would feed all the little kids who walked by RIP Grandad Freddie love you forever! Fantastic video. When i was younger we made lamb close to this way in front of my parents house in Croatia. Nothing beats eating lamb after many hours of work and patience when it cooks over a wood fire. I never could wait and always rubbed homemade bread along the lamb to scoop up the fat. Brings back many warm memories of my father and how he cooked for us. Thanks for this great video. Love from Stipo in Holland
