I know that in the morning, many people experience a flood of negative thoughts, stress, and anxiety. For many, getting up is a struggle, which is why I recorded these affirmations for you. The following affirmations are used:
It's okay to feel heavy today; I allow myself to feel it.
Even in dark moments, I find my inner light.
I accept my feelings and let them flow.
Today, I take time for myself.
I allow myself to be gentle with myself.
I relax when old wounds resurface.
It's okay not to always be strong.
I give myself permission to rest today.
Even in difficult times, I am valuable.
I acknowledge my pain and release it.
Today, I choose to be kind to myself.
My feelings are valid and deserve recognition.
I find peace in my own acceptance.
It's okay to take breaks and rest.
I am patient with my healing process.
Today, I allow myself to just be.
I trust that this phase will pass.
I take the time to explore my feelings.
