I bought a bunch of their bone china plates and after ONE use, there were knife marks on them. 2 had nicks in the pattern. So sad.

Did they ever reach out to you? I messaged them and they said they haven't changed the manufacturering since they produced the set. I really wanted to get the set as i already had mugs and just wanted the food platements.

Ich muss das echt kommentieren. Das sind keine Späne sondern Abrieb auf der Porzelanoberfläche . Ziemlich hart das Material.

You obviously don't know how to use and care for a dinnerware. You don't scrape plates. Clean all leftover food of the plate immediately after eating and don't let it get hard and use little amount of soap in your dish washer and use also some gloss and rinse aid.

@@7531monkey This is not a poor craftsmanship. All porcelain/stoneware will scratch if you scrape them like his.

@@Sam-tq6xr no I take porcelain and caring for porcelain very seriously. But this has a matt finish and is therefore more prone to scratch. And all porcelain will scratch if you scrape it no matter the quality. I've seen so many older dishes from various manufactures that it's just unbelievable how people manage to handle their porcelain.

@@klarinettapeople these days are so dumb 😂 unbelievable. You are absolutely right. Especially this matt one with its rough surface obviously scratches your cutlery more easily if you are using it like this fool.
