This is me all over and through and through.. Plus: Depression also comes being rejected by people and ostracized, unbothered about or ignored. For depression comes from trying too hard too long... too many years or also decades..

Different between major depressive disorder and depressive episode

Depressive episode is what characterizes major depressive disorder. An episode will last for 2 weeks or longer with at least 5 of the symptoms mentioned in the video. After an episode, a person may feel fine. They may go days, weeks, months, or even years without another episode. Some people only ever have 1 episode in their life but are still diagnosed with major depressive disorder.
