Why do you assume that the software business can inflate the price that they charge ($1.44M), when URI would not ($1.2M)? Heavy tool rental is a niche market, unlike the T-shirt business. United Rentals can and has increased their prices for rentals, particularly in this housing market.

It surprises me why everybody gets really worked up about recession and inflation data. Inflation has always existed, and people have been using investments to beat the inflation. The stock market return, for example, always beats inflation. I heard of someone who invested $121k last October, and has grown the portfolio by more than $400k. I need recommendations that can give me similar return.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

True. I first came across investing in the market in 2019. Already stashed about $80k in savings then, and the free money from the Government was pouring in, increasing inflation rate. I just got an advisor and kept the money there, just because I didn't want to keep the value of the money depreciating in the bank. Tbh, it's the best investment decision I've made since then.

As an elder millennial, one of the few advantages is having lived through the Great Recession. My advice. Reduce unnecessary expenses, increase your savings by investing in financial markets and do not sell. One thing I know for sure is that diversifying your income can help insulate you from much of the craziness going on in the world.

The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. I agree, my profit has been consistent no matter the market situation, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been 2years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

LIBERTONCORP is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Are we the adopters or are we scavengers? surely one of these layer ones will become the standard and i dont want to sell any of them too early.

Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by VermontCorpLTD

I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with VermontCorpLTD . I feel like the government blaming credit reporting companies instead of the lack of financial education in their own public education system is foolish.

There is one thing I have learnt in recent months it is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investment in crypto currency. Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a VermontCorpLTD , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

An uptick in volatility is not necessarily a bad thing, there are opportunities to be found even in this whirlwind. VolatIility gives you a chance to rebalance..Volatility gives you a chance to rebalance. Netflix , Amazon , may have gotten beaten up, but they are still good companies.. You have to get a fiinancial-advisor/brokerr to aid you diversify your portfolio.

My advisorr decides entry and exit commands on my portfoliio, I've accrued over $550k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K.

You're right about keeping level headed when investing so that's why I think it's important to limit the amount of FUD we consume. I don't watch the media but the news that you present has enough to know issues going on without riding the emotional rollercoaster if I were to watch the news everyday. It makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. I’d get involved more knowing that I have made over 7 btc and 15ETH from day-trade with Liberton Corp in few weeks.

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. Great video. One important thing when it comes to crypto is to trade and not hope on price rising and falling. Bitcoin is the future, investing in it now will be the wisest thing to do especially if you are been guided by a professional. I drove my first car in my dad's name and later went to get a truck in mine after I paid off my first one and drove off the lot with the truck I wanted, its mostly about a good credit score and a loan portfolio helps as well...lenders like to see various forms of loans in your name to be less of a risk and yes you might have to put money down but not HALF of the car loan Your exactly right I screwed my credit as a young man now I own a detailing company and can't get anything with out the full amount of cash. I am seeking some investment guidance. It seems like I am never able to identify trends. Options always go against me, and I can’t utilize scanners efficiently. I am looking for a simple, reproducible passive income strategy that supplement my income eventually replace my wage income. I will really use some advice please.

Yeah you making 1k invest into something that gives an average 2.9% yield, that would take nearly 30 years to cover that initial 1k, Assuming your investment would grow, how long does it take to actually turn that initial loss around? Of course you can continually increase your investment but then you have more money you need to earn back. Do you simply have that dividend put back into the investment to compound the growth? As you can see we are already in August and I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in space in general or probably just naïve, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I'd say that more emphasis should be put into trading since it is way profitable than holding. It< makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. Honestly I appreciate you and your content < Technical Analysis is good but I find It truly baffling that major crypto youtubers just look mostly at pure T.A and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumps/pumped and why the future outlook will be even rosier than it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps,narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market. More emphasis should be put into day tradiing as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I bought a kilo of gold about 3 years ago for almost 39,000 USD. Then I left there to sit and look pretty and now it’s worth around 64,000 USD. I didn’t even have to break a sweat, not alone manage complex businesses, and I still made a profit. This guy disses gold but we all know a country without any gold reserves, is no country at all. Gold will never be worth 0, while stocks and paper money are a gamble.

I have learnt in recent months is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investments in cryptocurrencies. Learn not to sell in panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. Most amateur lose money because they are guided by emotions and hype. A good financial planner alleviates that. Everyone who thinks they can 'play' the market should realise that half of all profits made in the market are from dividend - not get rich quick deals. Very certain that this market will recover. the goal is to hopefully stay employed and to keep investing in the market which is exactly what I'm going to do. Find a way to get promoted while investing my money and staying as frugal as possible. My portfolio currently up to 20% from Q1 of 22. Buy the dip or wait...

Yeah, in the end, investing in yourself allows you to make more money to invest which, in turn, let's you handle volatility rather than panic selling when you should be buying. There is nothing worse than under earning and hoping for your next big break in the market. I remember that last recession and vowed to never let that happen again. Unless you're a sophisticated full time trader, it's a tough way to go.

I think you misunderstood his point at the end. He isn't suggesting that you seek continuing education during inflation, he's suggesting that you keep working, or leveraging the education you paid for before inflation hit. If you can educate yourself for free in a way that will pay off quickly, then absolutely invest in yourself. But it's better to focus on earning during an inflationary period than full time education as inflation can sometimes trigger aggressive recession causing action from the fed (ie Volker). You're better off going into a recession with a job than a degree.

Plus, a person can easily do both and should. I have my own biz which is client based. I know that if I learn certain things all of which I can do cost free (except the opportunity cost of that time spent) I will have a greater client reach. "Learning" does not equal "degree", learning is available to pretty much anyone you don't need a university. The internet gives anyone access to experts and materials that formerly were strictly found only at universities.

Always a great breakdown. I've learned so much from this channel following along with the chart analysis. Gotta remember that this time around the pump we had was not as big as other times. So the drop may not be as bad this time around too. It would make sense as well. That being said, Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise 16 btc when I started at 9 Btc in just few weeks implementing trades with signals and insights from VermontCorpLTD . I would advise y'all to trade your asset rather than hodl for a future you aren't sure about.

The BIGGEST lie my society has ever promoted is that acquiring wealth is the primary goal. Grow up - get a job - save your money - invest it - get rich. I'm now well over 80 and the only one of these things I've done is "get a job" - several over the decades as my interests changed. And I've had and am still having a great life. I have NO NEED for more money than it takes to keep a roof over my head and food on the table. NOBODY DOES. To want more than you NEED should be a shameful thing... but it isn't. To get and have MORE gets you the gold stars in our society.

Cash is certainly not trash. If/when the share-market bubble bursts, you'll miss a lot of bargains if you're fully invested. The fact that Berkshire has 20%+ cash reserves should give you a clue...

What they call "cash" is usually short term bonds afaik. But yes, depending on your risk profile you'll want those..they make investing sound so complicated when the advice should be simple...just buy damn ETFs and don't bother competing with Warren Buffet on who is a better stock picker. Our jobs/life put enough stress on us...don't add more by tracking some individual company...that's my motto and this is why I like ETFs...they yield lower returns than IF you are lucky...but how many stock pickers beat the market? Why is it worth the additional stress? I like my free returns when I sleep, thx xD

It's fake money system and it's amazing there's any business done at all and still end up with a paycheck of fake money. Then you can turn around with that fake money and buy someone's house from them with that fake money. Even if you never use cash or change silver or gold and use a debit card only, it will still be fake money because it is only ones and zeros of a non backed currency. All currencies worldwide have no backing. Their currency is worthless and so is the stock market because the money is fake... I hope you get it by now. Not even the so-called rich or the elites have any monetary worth. The world's monetary system is broken since 1940 something, then with Nixon in 71..Period. What remains true is that investing today will set someone up for success in two to five to ten years from now. DO NOT get distracted by scary words like market crash, inflation, recession… use these times as an opportunity to pick up high quality stocks on sale and keep in mind that high quality value stocks will return in due time… Buffett keeps it that simple and never does anything none of of couldn’t do… wealth = patience + consistency

The inflation rate that impacts most people is in three areas: 1. Housing 2. Utilities/fuel 3. Food For 2021: Housing = +16.9% Utilities = +13.6% Gasoline = +58.7% Food = 6.4% There is NO WAY that the inflation rate is 7% as it affects people--it's in the double digits in every area where it counts. My estimate is around 20%-22%. You can't get out of this by individual investing unless you're a superrich insider like Buffet and Munger. We need governmental policy to tame inflation, period.

Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. VermontCorpLTD made it stay at that range and getting it up

Very good video. The only thing I would counter is the united rentals business example. They also have pricing power as they're able to charge more in rent to the end user. In inflationary times, you would be able to charge more in rents on existing inventory than it will cost for the marginal replacement.

Perhaps eventually but people will put off projects and look for alternatives. If I get my skid steer from United or bob's equipment - that doesn't matter to me if it is the same or a similar tractor. Additionally I can buy a used tractor, use it, then sell it later or rent it out myself. Overall the profit will go down and the equipment will sit until times improve.

I'm amazed at the lack of understanding hidden behind Warren Buffett quotes. For analysis of social media applications groups having little reinvestment was mind-boggling. His membership grows in an institution that is an online presence servers and equipment has to be updated constantly to keep up with new versions of the internet as well as a growing user base. It all actuality they may have near to the same amount of cost as the equipment rental group. The other issue is that as people sign up for your application eventually a competitor will come along and your numbers will start to drop we've seen this over and over again with Myspace KZfaq Facebook etc, the marketing expense in retention and the amount of money that it cost to get new members is many times higher than the initial membership. The lack of advice going towards utilities and other companies that have a fairly good return and who's prices match or exceed inflation isn't even discussed. Meanwhile people should be aware that has inflation goes up and the business that you work for their prices go up you should be getting raises to match inflation.

It's valuable because there is a small subset of people who say it is valuable and advertise so, and then convince others that is the case. Buffett compared the appreciation of gold to index funds iver 100 years. There is no comparison. And with gold you need a safe to put it in and someone can steal it all from you. Gold gains its value from currency losing value.
