Warrington by Drone in 4K

Hi everyone!
Recently I set myself a challenge to attempt a recreation of a promotional video (without trying to promote anything in particular) so while I was looking for a subject matter to use, I opted for the town in which my family have come to live in for the past few years, this carried the theory that I could try to encompass what the key points are within the town of Warrington and record them in 4K with my DJI Mavic drone.

Does make it look good.. So much there.. Feels so grim when you are there though... I don't know why.. But it feels so grey and oppressive.. Your video certainly shows a different light.

warrington is beautiful and the people there i love it,i am in ireland but my mums family are from there i even buy my cars there.warrington has the wow factor excellent film thank you.

Amazing! I'm so nostalgic about my hometown,what a shame that my parents made us move country, i'm definitely coming back though! Oh also that pink building with the eye is really creepy :)

I have recently started to visit Warrington, from my home in Manchester. It has some amazingly architecture and lovely countryside, if you keep your eyes open. Lovely drone images and wditing.

Andrew, please will you read up on the drone code and CAA Air Navigation Orders, esp article 241. Once you have read these you may want to consider where you fly in the future to avoid a possible accident or prosecution. Nicely edited, just a shame about the location of a lot of the flights.

If you like, please post below your email address, I can scan and forward you a copy of my 12 month SRG1320 operating cert if that helps. Like wise, I also hope you had one in place for each location for your categorized 'congested area' public locations, boat yard, party in a field etc, all under (ANO 2016 Article 95.2.d) unless however those were just your group of competent observers (assisting you under general exemption E4456.4.g) But your boats are a little closer than 50m if you ask me. Glad you liked the editing tho. Preflight checks,? As a member of the BMFA for 22 years, buddy lead trainer and experienced with multiple types of rotorcraft, 35mhz and fixed line (shows my age) I too know the importance of operating safely, monitoring my airspace and others, I do not wish to make light of your concerns, I too am worried for the industry that, if in the event that one day an untrained individual runs out of both skill and luck, causes the whole drone industry to fall apart under the weight of over imposing regulations, that will be a dark day indeed and I for one hope that day never arrives. Stay safe and next time maybe just ask :)

So why do you call the cert SRG1320, that's the application form for a PfCO? With or without accreditation CAA article 241 still applies, overflight of many of the locations in this video don't follow that article, especially with a Mavik as it's limited in its inbuilt risk mitigation. Just trying to help, as I said it's a nice edit just some of the locations and separations put others and you at risk.
