Its been 235 days i am also going through various health conditions it becomes very hard sometimes to carry the same spirit of fighting with youself but we have to people like you gived us motivation to carry on thank you again🥰

Brings back old memories. My personal fighting nanchaks had a shorter chain. Incase I loose my weapon to another nanchak fighters it will still give me a edge since it going to be uncomfortable for him. Ps note .also train on standard length incase you grab of your opponents nanchak.
