The winning chefs from each region compete to see which chefs make the top three places and the chance to have their dish chosen for the final banquet chefs include North East Andrew Pern, Norhern Ireland Chris Fearon, North West Lisa Allen, Central Aktar Islam, South West Paul Ainsworth, Scotland Michael Smith, Wales Hywel Jones and London and the South East Tom Kerridge with guest judge appearing Richard Corrigan.
