Yeah that's the smart thing to do look at it from a business perspective. If people with low end phones (cheap phones) won't fork out the extra money for a better phone they're likely not going to spend money on micro transactions either. Nobody buys a cheap phone because they want to and that's just a fact. Not to mention its gonna be several years (6-7) before the average cheapo will be able to run this game with no problems so why even waste time on the low end spectrum for this game? The reality is nobody cares about low end users because they don't buy things. This is a business not a charity after all.
