I can’t imagine he was sick around this time or had any type of issue he was aware of. It’s just crazy to think he looked so healthy and was fine in this match and at the end of the same month he’s hospital bound in ICU.

After doing the AEW unrestricted the next day his situation got bad and from then only he was in ICU for two months. The exalted one fought his best to kick out but unfortunately he couldn't at the end

In what way is his momentum killed now? Do you marks even know what the term "momentum" means, or are you just throwing words around to sound intelligent? He got beat by Cody in a competitive match. Cody is quite possibly the third biggest star they have, next to Jericho and Moxley. This match, and the one they had a month ago did more for Brodie, than his first 4-5 months in AEW combined. Now he is a pissed off cult leader, which opens up a bunch of possibilites on what to do next. If he would have just beat Cody, then what? They told a great story, and in the end Cody took revenge for what happened to him, to his wife and his brother. Simple storytelling. And Brodie is totally fine. If AEW doesn´t follow this up now with Brodie and his reactions to his loss, then you can say his momentum is killed. But he lost a brutal, hard-fought Dog Collar match. And not a nothing happening twenty minute television bout.

If they don't have Archer topple Moxley (and honestly I don't think he will, even though he'd be a perfectly valid option) then they must be saving the end of Moxley's reign for a heel Omega, preferably with a full crowd.

Keep in mind that the TNT Championship is a mid-card title. These are usually the war shack tests for how the crowd reacts to a smaller guy being the 2nd most important face in the company. Long-term logic suggests that this is Brodi's go signal to push for Moxley's belt. Mox retains from Archer, Brodi gets into that, he wins. Now do I agree that it *had* to be Cody? Not really. Cody doesn't need a title to turn heel, and the worst case scenario is he doesn't turn heel and we go back to a Groundhog Day loop. At the same time, if Brodi loses to some other mid-card talent like Cassidy, Starks, Hobbs, Kingston, etc. then Brodi looks bad for curb stomping the boss but choking on some rando with a modest amount of crowd support. I could name a few stars fitting to one-up Brodi without making him look like a chump: Cage can dominate like the Lesnar that he is, MJF can weasel his way out but I don't really know how, Starks, Darby, Hobbs, the list goes on. However, none of these had the storyline relevance and proven star-making ability as Cody. To put it short, this ain't the end of the world. They have a chance to make something out of this for both parties, and I think that was the long-term plan of it all.

Zemo X2 Yes, but I still don’t see Eddie being the guy to beat him. It’ll be a brawl, but Lee faced much more viable threats. And again, he doesn’t have any business with Brodi to justify having a championship feud. Cody’s TNT title reign is a well-constructed collection of stories with Brodi being one of them, and a feud with Eddie needs (a.) a lot of time developing a story, and having Eddie come on top in the end seems as forced as Cody’s win here, or (b.) having Eddie beat Lee once, and that would’ve been very bad for Lee. If I was given no other choice, I would’ve chosen option B. However, it won’t be the end of the feud, but the start if it. Eddie pulls an MJF and leaves with the belt, he dodges the Dark Order’s wrath wherever he goes, then ultimately dropping it back to Lee. Sure, it would’ve made Kingston a transition champion, but the Dark Order gets to shine and Brodi can look even more monstrous. And I’m sorry, but Eddie’s character can do far more than that. I envision this booking would be more fitting to MJF, as his character would fit at home with it but he’s not squirrelly enough to hold on for long, but I already suggested him in my comment, didn’t I?
