Companies do look at this stuff, the company agree that you were rude and lied about employees and the driver should of contacted the manager. The driver was not at fault for the store being under staff. I personally gave my opinions in the meeting, as the meetings was basically about "Customer is always right" mentality, well the meeting ended in a simple solution on how to react to entitled people like this one and also that the "customer is always right " is wrong, but you make them feel like they are. That's what we learned today, so in that case I will apologize on behalf of that company and is not what Frito Lay represents, because I am sure that's what you want to hear and I'm sure Frito Lay sent you a "I'm sorry we will take care of it letter and apologize". When we all know that driver is not even aware this actually happened and Frito didn't do anything at all, but told you what you want to hear. Never heard of the site, but it seems you dedicate yourself to lie about people for the satisfaction hearing apologies from companies or perhaps getting free things from them. Pathetic! This could terminate in a civil lawsuit one for defamation, recording without permission (this particular store is actually on private property), and for false testimony risking the employee's job (money damages). I work for Frito Lay as well as a Sales Rep just like this man and we're there to deliver to WHOEVER is responsible for the receiving position at each individual location. If the store is understaffed and they engage with us over you, who's fault is that?
