Rant: Hey I'm getting tired of pretending that everything is fine and keep supporting this game, Arenanet doesn't care anymore about creators and clearly not even about the average player neither, we report and send tickets multiple times about people who harass us, and even hackers who are shameless like this one, shown in the video.
Because these people are still there playing, and at most, they get 1 week ban and then return to keep ruining the fun for others.
Honestly Arenanet policy of not telling you the result of the report is lame, we need to know when you take action. Is Anet that much scared of losing players by perma banning them?
To Arenanet: You know how much I had to endure from you treating me like shit (and I always been respectful to not leak your NDA), and from all the players who harass me and you do nothing about it, do somehing for once before the game dies.
Do I need to go post this on twitter so the whales react and you act??? Yea you know, I am talking about you, SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER with an anti harassment speech, and MARKETING SPECIALIST, good job on last video btw, it seemed like everybody loved last expansion, right?
Don't try to call me doomer, I have been here for 12 years and I will still here, you won't get rid of me, I love this game, the community and my friends are the reason why I keep going and I help more than most, but this management is so bad, just do better please, I don't want anything from you, I never needed anything from you. I know you guys don't like me but I will keep saying what I want.

this guy Cloudseeker was inside the red keep on ebg last night. We made several reports but nothing happened. We killed him a few times but he teleported to the top of the keep and resurrected quickly

I even made 2 videos that I will publish soon showing this same guy. The community has to take action so that Anet can definitively resolve this issue. If everyone stops spending money, on anything within the game, until they resolve

I had a core necro wall hacking through our keep gate like it wasn't there at all. I still killed it. Also these Mesmers are all over EBG. If you have to fake it, it's not worth having.

i saw a player, gliding from the bridge at bay, up the east outer wall. that same player fell off a cliff, twice, (should have died due to fall damage) and popped back up, as if nothing happened. the much memed powercreep is also a symptom of anet's neglect. of course, we don't know what's going on behind closed doors but from the outside, as players, it doesn't look good.

Encountered this same hacker 2 weeks ago (I was on SoS and the hacker was on Borlis Pass). I even have video proof of the whole fight. Ridiculous that they aren't banned yet

First, thank you, and your team for the great community work, which is priceless and keeps the game alive (is true for many other content creators too)! To be quiet about abuses would be wrong, nothing could change. Hopefully they will do s/th against these behaviors. Those ppl are in general not the majority, they are just loud agitators, they have to compensate for their meaninglessness.

Thanks for taking the initiative with this. I'll be sure to use your link for obvious ones. I experience a lot of suss things, but I think 80% is usually because of my 280-300 ping. Also it's really hard to tell if some thieves are hacking vs just using broke ass mechanics available to them, macro use seems to be more common I feel.

I had 4 encounters with these hackers. One was a Mithril Reaper from Fort Ranik literally hovering so far up when he's about to die. Another was a deadeye from Whiteside Ridge that got downed but non of us can kill him, he literally was invulnerable in his downstate. Then this mechanist during beta who camped Bauer's Farmstead but like underground & can port with 7k range. And the most recent one, a spectre who can hover mid-air, literally above our garri so he can keep sneaking in rats. Ballistas didn't even help, he can go up higher out of range. 😩

Hello, i got soto expecting to have the weapon master unlocked account wide after doing soto chapter 3, however i do see that i can only use it with one toon and is not accountwide, did i do something wrong?

taking a break from gw2 really helped being able to enjoy the game a bit because arenanets constant bullshit just makes it really hard to even play sometimes.

Yesterday I killed a hacker 3 times and all 3 times he was born by my side. He didn't even bother to hide that he was using a hacker program.

Hi Jen! We suffer this same guy in our keep last night he blinked from the stone of the keep (red keep witch its unaccessible by the way) to the walls and when we killed him he immediately come back to the same spot.

I've always seen them, but since friday night when the beta occured it seems to me they are even more shameless. They KNOW they don't risk anything... My greatest hope for the future of WvW is that Anet do something about this. It's so infuriating. I've reported them as well with your link. 🤞

it's the damn custom client...Anet should embed some pro solution to tell apart the OG client from this stuff....it's absurd they judt don't have a system in place. That client can do long range teleports, tell you which skills cast on you even if you can't see them, it can be customized for better showing incoming cc, auto dodging, and much more. It basically break the gam entirely and wvw roamers and pvp 'pros' are abusing it regularly

Damn, I stopped playing GW2 about 6 months ago and never really did PvP. Didn't know this was a common thing (blatant hacking). Sorry to hear that ANet is feckless about fixing it, though it doesn't surprise me. I left because of ANets scummy/predatory business practices with their Gem store. Wish you the best, Jen! Ultimamente tenho encontrado um pessoal muito "sinistro" jogando. Acho estranho porque o meta mudou bastante coisa porém a classe que jogo frequentemente ( Renegade ) continua forte e eu estou morrendo facilmente pra uns caras que aparecem de repente te dão uma quantidade absurda de dano e saem dando dash/shadowstep pra longe. Ta esquisito isso. (Portuguese)

the only thing out of the ordinary was that he didn't tp when he was downed, i remember in pvp i meet 1 guy playing deadeye and when he got downed started no cliping for rez in the sky

I reported them. I hope Anet does ban them . Doubt it , I try to report players using exploiting hacks. There was a Ranger that use fly around in WvWvW . Maybe , Anet will clean there glasses ? Keep on keeping on. Thanks for this

wow this confirms my gut feeling when i played pvp the last weeks, there were several situations where mesmers, especially virtuosos did stuff they actually shouldnt be able to do. Stuff like porting 3x in a row along a path (which is possible for mirage elite, but not for virtuoso) and here we can see the same stuff. And the most insane aspect is, this person oviously spends some commitment and time for his account (see legendary trinket/back) and still risks getting perma banned... or this is a ebay account... dunno

@@JenPlaysGG this is absolutely true. they never perma ban and 99% of the time for harassment they don't ban period. That's why PvP mapchat is a dumpsterfire of weirdo nationalists and racists and shit. i hate to say it but in my time since this game released, I my self have engaged in some retaliatory behavior that would absolutely have copped me a perma ban in any other game. Of course, I was driven to this behavior because arenanet has basically no moderation to begin with. you can't just have a pvp environment of sweatlords and not moderate it, you are absolutely going to breed an environment of harassment. PvP map chat might as well be a 4chan subthread

Um, staff 2, ather port, ability that resets utility skill atherport. You can port three times in a row, then if you have the rifle or use the portal type spell even more. Sounds like a virt just pissed you off and you couldn't kill them so you say it's hacking. I get it all the time when I'm virtuosos and dominate, people always say, omg you have to be hacking. Nope.

@@pokeylope6108 dude had neither staff 2 nor rifle, just the blink skill the mesmer has but was porting 3x a straight line forward like you can do with mirage elite... and yes it was not a mirage, it was a virtu and usually i pwne mesmers ez pez they so easy to kill i just noticed this anomaly

I don’t think this is even a controversial take, it’s exactly what they are doing. They’ve announced development of GW3 and obviously funding comes from GW2. But content has gotten extremely bad/minimal. Multiple expansions now with no new elite specialization, reselling existing content as new, no new competitive content in years, and even their PvE content has gotten to be sub-Living World level in terms of depth. It’s been horrible.

Seems pretty Normal uh? Mesmer does have a long range Teleport :p Naa jk but i seen alot of Cheaters these Days in WvW. From Perma Invisibillity Willbenders, to Godmode (Fighting alone in the middle of a 50man Zerg and is permanent on 100% Health), Noclip, No Cooldown on Skills

Think that's bad? There was a mesmer with literally permanent distortion last night. His kept resetting to 2 secs and he'd walk up to the zerg abd just kill people.
