Hallo Herr Antrim Ich möchte etwas fragen. Ich lerne jetzt Partizip 2. But for example the verb 'Besuchen' has the form 'besucht' for partizip zwei not _gebesucht_ But the rule is _ge-+verbstamm+-t/-et_ Why it is like that? Can't we apply the rules for some verbs? I know some rules for example irregular verbs in present tense have the form _ge-+verbstamm+-en_ or verbs ending with '- ieren' have the rule 'don't add ge- just verb stammm+t I would be grateful if you could help me to understand how to build partizip zwei.

Verbs with inseparable prefixes don't get the ge- for the Partizip 2. Be- is an inseparable prefix. Next week's video will go into detail about all of this for regular verbs and the following week for irregular verbs.

Hello. At 3:55, why do we use Perfekt tense "Als ich sie endlich gefunden habe, habe ich ...", but not "Als ich sie endlich gefunden hatte, hatte ich ..."?

The Plusquamperfekt (hatte/war + ge-verb) is only used to express when something happened before another point in the past and when this distinction is needed in order to understand the sequence of events. I could have chosen the Plusquamperfekt for that example, but it was not necessary to make the sentence understandable. Also, this video is meant as a practice of the Perfekt tense (haben/sein + ge-verb), so I chose not to use "hatte".
