The great struggle to Hook it was been overhyped in each match. He is a good wrestler but the influence of his father un the program....in my opinion is too bad

@@theanswer4541 he wasn't overhyped he was simply over. But putting the ftw belt on him was a mistake in my opinion. He got so hot you could have pushed him to the moon as long as the fans are sticking with him

Key thing is said here. The more Hook win the less hungry he is becoming. So apparently Hook is going to eventually lose and it will be Hook's fault for not being as hungry as before.

Lee Moriarty actually gave Hook a run for his money, good job to him and a round of 👏applause. And actually this is one of Hook's matches that actually has commercial in it and took way longer than his other matches.

I say it every time, AEW are booking Hook perfectly. Let him learn on the job , gain experience, then in 2023 he will shift a few gears and challenge for a bigger title.

AEW was smart about it with Hook. Until Hook felt comfortable having a longer distanced match. Have him to do squashes. Definitely Hook's best match so far and it highlights his improvement. Lee Moriarty is a very good technical wrestler, certainly getting the best out of Hook. Fun little match this was.

I think hook vs lee 2 will be were hook loses. Hook has fought guys with more experience but struggled against lee. Maybe lee and hook are just meant to fight each other and have each others number.
