I remember when the word got out around town. I used to live a few blocks from where he lost his life. He was a cool guy who wasn't above anyone he'd cross paths with around Jamaica. I remember being out doing things we were doing back then, sitting at the light, then he came around the corner on a mountain bike. Since we were blasting a Lost Boys classic, he got hyped, then started hyping up what he's already hyped on the track. Since I lived and hustled near Rockaway Blvd, it was normal to see most of the LB group around the way.
