Great fight. Drikus was better at adapting and being more varied in the way he fought. Absolutely deserves it and frankly he stunned Strickland a bit more.

I would like to see them not give points for takedowns until they have control for a set amount of seconds,Shaw got up every time, he wasn’t controlled. It was a very close fight though,but my vote goes to Shaw. Two good dude’s in there!

Dana White, Joe Rogan, Dan Cormier, myself and millions of others thought Sean won. I also had him winning rounds 1 , 2 and 5. Sean was massively ahead on total hits and significant strikes by compu box stats. Sean also defended 5 take-downs also worth points. Sean also won the damage inflicted, giving him more points. DDP's face was destroyed, and the only damage DDP did to Sean was from an illegal headbutt he gave Sean in the 4th round. The only thing DDP had going for himself was the 6 take-downs but they were useless as Sean got up right away every time. No control time or damage dealt from the takedowns by DDP. Again, a Champ is not supposed to lose such a close fight. The challenger is supposed to have to win decisively over the champ to take his belt, and not win by one point on one card = bullshit.

I'm pretty sure judges for UFC know what they are doing. They have been doing this for many years. Never leave it to the judges and if u do dont get mad when I loose. Can't stand this. Just say hey bro you beat ME that's it
