I have the same exact chute purchased last year. I would recommend you purchase same WD-40 DRY LUBE. Spray it on a rag and whip that bar and the square bar at the to for the squeeze. I had a problem with mine but it was the squeeze that would get stuck. I called the and same thing next day i had a brand new one . Arrowquip is a great company with great service.

That’s my wife’s go to diagnosis for all my ailments. Gout. Never had it in my life and the Doc says it’s not gout, but she never fails to bring it up. Ha ha.

I had that exact same series shoot that you have, and had exact same problem. If it happens again, use a dry lube it’ll take care of it. You can’t beat their equipment.

Silencer beets their equipment hands down, used both and wouldn't trade our old Silencer.

You can get scales that the monitor doubles as a power source, just have to make sure you charge the scale monitor.

I'm jim west I live in McGregor tx. I've had gout for over 30 years. It didn't show up in my toes it hit me in the ankles . Go to your doc he'll test you for gout & prescribe a pill you take every day. Probably allopurinol. Allopurinol gave me vertigo. So doc switched to another med.

We have our weight scale right in the run they walk through right before they go into the holder. Thats the same one we have. Our reader for scale plugs in so we dont leave that part outside. Make sure you get a thick rubber mat to put on scale. We did and it helps the moo moos from sliding all over. Safety first 😊

Get one of the portable power plant people like blue eddy 1000 watt station rum scales and lights take it to shed or house to be charged some come with solar panel

I just put a set of Gallagher heavy duty load bars under my arrowquip 74 series. Scale head has a rechargeable battery to power the scales, highly recommend it if you don’t have power.

Also, elevate your ankle when you sleep just for a couple of days and you can put ice on it. It actually works better than heat.

A well designed squeeze doesn’t hurt the cattle. Some are even designed for calves as well. No one wants to hurt their animals and this is actually a way to safely administer medication, treat them or handle them so both cattle and rancher are safe.

How old are your boots you might consider getting new boots, also don’t drink any soda pop try and stay away from that for a while only drink water I try to get a liter of water and I’m 180 pound woman you probably have to get another pint or two in and this really helps you need to be hydrated and you’re probably not paying attention to it and when you drink coffee or soda dehydrate you so you might want to drink extra water on those days and maybe it’s time to buy new boots
