It's still bad. Competition is miles ahead. First Class is ridiculous with its middle seat. And 7 diff business seats is a joke

It looks like Lufthansa used the seats that are meant for the 10 abreast A350. These economy seats look even smaller than the ones in the 787!

@@jess_lol4579 It's not about weight... it's about diminishing quality of the airline. Cost cutting to the max on a once revered airline. Nowadays they're becoming less and less distinguishable from a mediocre one.

@@daveclosinger6697That's a very ignorant statement, . Have you ever flown in a European business class? For your information, I have flown in Lufthansa business class...more than once. Even their international business class doesn't measure up to the competition, so when I'm speaking about cost cutting, I'm speaking from personal knowledge. I've been flying on Lufthansa since the 1980s, so don't make assumptions about things you don't know.

Yeah, the seats look like torture to sit on. Used to be plush leather even in economy. Recently traveled Premium economy on a similarly new cabin and the seat was so hard it really hurt after few hours.

@@CerasiusIt's unfortunate because eventually all their aircraft are supposed to have these seats. Lufthansa doesn't even qualify as a 4-star airline anymore.

What are you talking about? Huge upgrade from the previous business class. I did a hard pass on Lufthansa for their lackluster business class and not so great service in comparison to etihad, qatar and singapore. If their service improves too, ill gladly fly with them again

The chairs are designed to allow limited recline for comfort, so why wouldn't you? If the person behind is inconvenienced they can also recline. With that said I also don't recline on short flights because it's unnecessary.

In theory, yes. In practice, look up “Air France torture seat” and you’ll soon find out the downsides of a fixed shell.

The Suite is not the seat for tall guys, that is the extra long bed seat besides the large throne seat in the middle.😂😂😂

I remember getting a free upgrade to a premium economy shell seat on Alitalia once. I also remember one of the couple next to me was an uograde, and one wasn't, and they were in and out and swapping with each other every 10 f****'n minutes of a 12 hour flight, so not only did I not sleep, I barely even sat down.

The economy seat fixed shell doesn't bother the passenger behind you, but bothers your lower back and knees... you're basically sliding down

The support bar in the middle of the seat means you can't put a bag in front of you and have leg room.
