That's not a handball anymore under the rules. To be a handball now you're hands has to be in an "unnatural position". And if your hands are at your side, especially if they are moving behind your back, it's not a handball anymore. Also, the distance the ball travels is accounted for, it was kicked so close there is no real chance to move, so as the current rules, it's not a penalty. And rightly so. The first one, we've all seen them given, We've all seen them not given. If you are on the recieving end, it's one of those, a clear penalty. If you are on the other side, it's not a penalty. Having watched it over a few times (something the referee didn't greet the benefit of) I think it was a little harsh but I can see why it was given. When you only get one at seeing it, at full speed, stacker is usually going to get the decision. That's football, We've all been on both sides of the decision.

Don't agree - If you watch it once you can see the keepers strength wins the ball, no doubt - bad decision - The other one, watch the players hand recoil...another bad decision. Maybe if he had caught it, the ref might have given it
