Here is 21 minutes of WM Curottos! All of these trucks are ran out of the Camp Hill, PA yard. Since WM took over Hampden Township back at the beginning of the year, there has been quite a few trucks ran through there. They started out the contract using a bunch of LEU McNeilus' that they had sent up from various yards in Delaware, and a LEU Heil sent from Eastern PA. Four brand new Mack LR's were ordered for the contract, but sat in the back of the yard untouched while they waited for paperwork, permit stickers, and registrations. Around the beginning of March, the LR's finally hit the road, and have been running hard ever since. All four LR Curotto's and an LE rearloader run this route daily. I've had the chance to film nearly every Curotto truck Camp Hill has, aside from one or two. Before this contract they had just two, a Pete 520 Heil, and an LEU McNeilus, now they have nearly 15.
Many of these drivers came over from Republic recently, and when I first talked to them in January, almost all of them preferred Republic's Labries over the Curottos, but now, after they learned the way of the controls, and having more experience, I think they've grown to like them.
