They should go back to manual waste collection. Probably more environmentally friendly to have the trash carts last longer (I still have one from 1984 w/o a single crack and we have manual collection) and also the trash doesn't spill everywhere.

This is all across the country everyday. WM comes to my place at 5:40 am, illegal in my boro as 7am is statute for noise. I could make a ton of $ too, if I were so irresponsible to my clientele & their environment.

@0:54 that arm only suppose to pick up one can but wen idiots put them so close that you can grab 2 at once that stupidity on the people who do that. Not to mention putting them in spots putting the poor person trying to get his work done in good time so his route can be completed.
