Nice to see but on the other hand: i have never seen such a inefficient working factory.....totally no safety and slow workers....if you make it more efficient and safe, which isn't so expensive, you can make so much more money. But like i said. It's good to see the plastic recycled.

मशीन की फिटिंग जमीन के समानांतर हो तो प्लास्टिक उठा कर डालने की जरूरत नहीं पडेगी, जहां से कतरन निकलता है वहीं बोरी या बॉक्स लगाना चाहिए जिससे कतरन समेटने का लेबर कम हो सकता है। काम अच्छा कर रहे हो थोड़ा फेरबदल की जरूरत है। लेबर कम नहीं करना है काम ज्यादा निकालना है कमाई बढ जाएगी।

You can get a Sound Enclosure for Shredders and Grinders. Example of sound deadening see YT vid: "Soundproof Plastic Crusher, PET Lump Crushing Machine" (reduces noise to about 90 db)

I am very glad these people are doing this. I worry about their safety though; the exhaust, the plastic fumes, the belt-drive right next to their feet, the noise, the bacteria...all these trials they must endure at this job. I would to see them successful prosperous, and there are low cost (to the buyers of this product) to help ensure their safety.
