Really good review, I liked how you showed the whole bundle, including the doors. One thing that would be nice to see in addition to all your other points of interest would be to get some idea of the budget cost.

its actually pretty low for the structure even with all the set items and a generator in the shelter I was looking at maybe 2%

I like this a lot, much potential. Not sure I have use for it...but could put it to use. I'm a vending enthusiast so creating a wasteland store/pawn shop is an intriguing idea. I'm certainly short of nothing to fill it with. I can see plopping it down near Wayward or Morgantown...maybe Ash Heap. I would think trading enthusiasts would especially like this, too. Good job....and thanks for giving us a good look at it.

yeah moment I saw it was like ohhhh thrift shop..... wasteland thrift shop - I made a old sales depot with a trailer and am remaking it now

Really great review, thanks very much. I’ve been looking for somebody to showcase this thing because I’m kind of getting close to my limit on atoms. Anyway, you convince me I need this perfect for a store that I can just drop on my current camp. Great video.

I would like to add my own shop title instead of ''Pawn Shop'' sign but this prefab still looks good.

if you use the place signs backward building glitch you can cover it up and put your own lettering on it. I floated a few brick halfwalls up there so the white side showed and covered it up to slap my own signs/letters on it.

Trying to build this, but cannot get it to go down flush with teh ground, and cannot build stairs to allow people to walk up them into the building, how can I fix this?

each building has only a small section that needs to be touching I'd figure where that is and build it up against a foundation and then place stairs to the foundation
