Yesterday I had to trash some bread because I'm not eating wheat. I really think is toxic. My doctor told me he stopped wheat too. It was a lot of resistance but I did it anyways. I'm feeling that's not good for anybody. It was like a drug and my awareness highly expanded since I left It. Why would I let anybody eat It? Trash was the answer (even in my culture is almost like a sin, and people kiss it when they put it in the trash)

I Love how you describe this concept of ‘wasting’ time, money and energy. I’m all for abundance and material items that enhance our pleasure, but I see the opposite of ‘excess’ as wasting time, energy and money. One of the ways this manifests in the physical is during the holiday season through over scheduling, over planning, over decorating, and over gift-giving. During this time of year I try to think of ways to maximize my pleasure and enjoyment of the holidays that doesn’t deplete my personal energy. Sometimes this means being selective about the events I attend or enjoying decorations in a way that doesn’t involve hours of my time decorating. I also think this way in terms of letting go of items I no longer use in favor of items I will enjoy or use more that may be gifted to me. Experiences and time are sometimes more valuable than an item I won’t use as well. ✨✨✨✨

4:11 That is so profound. 😮 You are consciously choosing to stop at the point where pleasure ends. That can vary person by person, sure, but that means you choose which of your currencies you are no longer spending. Money was spent, but time and energy and attention are other currencies to which we have access. They are separate resources, and we need not sacrifice them if we're decreasing our net overall pressure in the process. Fascinating. 🤔 That being said, what about things we have yet to master or have not found how to make fun yet. Also, we can shift internally and enjoy other aspects of an experience when the first part that we enjoyed has run dry. Could you please elaborate on cases like that?

Mina your words are on point, the relationship with money is always bittersweet in this world. Personaly, I have never had problems with money but I have to work so hard to find wealth to the point of getting sick. I wish I could know how to navigate this, for me money and wealth are out there ready to be in my pockets but somehow I cant get it without burning myself out. Maybe this world made us believe in unrealistic stories about working hard or wasting money or having plesure and we embodied it without questioning. Maybe this can be a nice topic for another video, because we women sometimes let men think for us. I mean men usually speak about money and bussiness freely in a very masculine way which make us feel that we dont belong to that world. I dont know if it is our feminity which doesnt allow us to get wealthier in a easier way or the stories around pleasure-money- power- women that we hear since childhood. I cant figure out why it happens and how we can be more sucessful in this area or expand our consciousness towards wealth ❤❤ beautiful ideas and beautiful family

Mina, love your dresses so much and also how you match Aleena. I loved matching with my daughter when she was younger and she'll still go for it occasionally! Have you looked into personal color analysis? It's a really a powerful way to uplevel your appearance by aligning the colors your you wear with your own personal biochemistry. I've been watching your videos and trying to figure out what your color season is because I can see that some colors really light you up and are so harmonious, and other colors are more draining, I was just thinking about this as you were sharing about the different purples.
