ABOUT Jeanette
Jeanette Slagt, aka JC from Holland, born in 1961 in the Netherlands, is probably the oldest female digital nomad who mainly uses a motorcycle for her travels.
Jeanette sold everything at the age of 52 because she became unemployed and decided there is more to life than being endlessly searching for a job and hanging around waiting for life to happen. She turned her life around and became a nomad.
By doing so she changed the perspective on unemployment and retirement.
She traveled through the Philippines (2015-2019) back to Europa (2019) and onwards to Mexico (2019- current) where she did this epic motorcycle road trip from Cancun, Quintana Roo to La Paz in Baja California Sur. Now she lives in the desert in Baja California Sur, brewing plans for more trips
