Awww I just lost my chihuahua of 17 years, Pete. He was such a talented and smart little boy. He’s been gone for less than a month and I still get upset. These little squeakers made me smile. Cuteness overload

I am so sotty to hear this. I believe they are one of the smarter breads. If not THE smartest...like one of ur children but behave better...really hard to cope with ...very intelligent...hope you find another...I cannot find another anywhere....so very sorry again...

I cater to my customers and get them what they are looking and sometimes waiting a year for. At least I am responsible enough to allow my customers to change their minds. There are so many people that would want a puppy they don’t want; so why place a puppy in the wrong home?

My shelter here in Marion County Florida sure would love to have a few chihuahuas. Look at their website. They have ZERO, and when one shows up on their website, a line of people wait at the door for him or her when they open! FACT!!

@@JeanneEubanksUeys oh I am sure you never had...but they are soooo tiny and squishable ...is that even a word, lol...my youngest has Dear head chihuahuas called Harlequins which is ready to have babies any day now and I hold my breath just holding her, so there is no way I am picking up or going near the babies! Oh all that chihuahua love and wagging tails!! I hope they’re all in their forever homes. I adopted an 8 year old rescue from TX in April, 2020. I love her to the moon and back - even though I wanted a tiny younger chi, she’s my heart and soul. Bless you - 17 beautiful precious furs🐕🐾💖💙

I want the smallest chihuahua I can get. My Madison died in July, in my arms. She was 3 pounds of pure love. She was with me 17 years and 3 1/2 months. I miss her soooo much♡♡♡

So sorry for your loss. I'm considering a chihuaha bu have not been around them too much. One barked at me all the time and they had to put it in another room when we came over. The other wasn't snuggly with me but she belonged to my boyfriend's grandma and I still remember her. She barked at everyone but not me. I know they don't always like other people. Anything else I should be aware of? I hear they are hard to housebreak, what about to a pee pad? Thanks.

Beda Hobbs -I've had 4 now over the years and they have all wonderful. When it's YOUR dog, he/she falls in love with you. You will not be disappointed. Have patience potty training because 1 of mine- took about 2 years. She had to be in a diaper only when I was home because she was so excited and would piddle. I took the diaper off when we would go outside . Any other time, she was fine as long as she had a wee wee pad nearby. You and your dog will be happier if you keep a wee wee pad down during the day when you are at work. I love my girls so much!

@@blacksunshine5758 thank you for your help. They are so adorable. I'm getting older and I'm concerned about eventually not being able to lift a bigger dog so a chihuahua seems sensible. I've said for years I'd like to have one, even before I began aging. I should have thought to ask before but do Chihuahua's have any health concerns I should be aware of?

Growing up We always had Chihuahuas, My Mom had a funny love/hate relationship with them. Our baby Nikki had three legs and lived for 13 years. Great little girl. Now I have a 3lb Toy Poodle.

I could tell The Dog Yard, she really admired you and held you with the highest regards..I could tell she wanted you to be her "big youtube sister", ..but noticed she went away for a long while.. :( ..I notice little Ella Reimann is similar, so if I could offer any advice, it would be to nurture her comments so as to keep her your number one fan on your channel!😁 I'll even admit she is your #1 fan, (along with me😋), but she is special because she "looks up" to your channel, much like The Dog Yard looked up to you. Please adopt one! They are less expensive and boy do they know how lucky they are. I have one now and she is so sweet, smart, loving, calm and easy to potty train.

I don’t want to purchase a family member, I want to give a new home to a loving little soul. I have also asked everyone I know to please keep an eye out for me. Not sure when or if it will happen but for now I have my little tea cup Angele in my hart.

@@aidaguzman5746 I live in San Diego and looked and looked for another Chihuahua after mine died after 16 years. I discovered that there are many Chihuahua rescues in Mexico, right over the border. Maybe you can contact a rescue in San Ysidro (US side of border) or Tijuana.

My daughter dog died 3 days ago she had her 40 years 😢 her baby a family dog she had a small dog fo uou still have one Aldo the sll one she can't have a big because of her bones plus we paid because she can't be around to many people and her heart 😢 ❤ it also bad . So her baby would always be with us to keep her ok. So it's hard because she will nor eat sleep 😴 and cry I have been staying in her room and also looking for a nother family member but small but some people are crazy $6000 for a ti y dog I got her for $250. I think it was more that she saw my daughter I thank her ❤ for ever made my daugther life better till she helped me will never forget we still talk she is helping me again to get a small dog full grown.
