Very sorry to see so much hateful language used in the below comments and the lack of understanding of what our clinic provides. While we understand the cost can be prohibitive, we offer a very high-quality level of service and heal people everyday. We do not have the reputation we have by "being in it for the money". There are others who may be, but I assure you we are not one of them. The smallest amount of research will show that. But of course, it is quicker and easier to angrily insult us and our intentions. Again, we understand the frustration, but it is misplaced. It is unfortunate the number of times people compare the cost of illegal, adulterated "street ketamine" to an IV infusion as it is done in our clinic. They have nothing to do with one another. Very few medical facilities in the US operate with the level of care that we do. While we wish we could give it away for free, we simply cannot. We offer interest-free financing for one year and superbills to assist patients with filing claims with insurance. Many of them get some money back. No one would be helped by this treatment if we provided it for free because we wouldnt exist. How will those who work 40 hours a week ini this clinic feed themselves? Or pay their own bills? We do not make the profit you assume we do. We are truly disheartened to see your comments and invite you to consider the facts and do some research. Lastly, we urge those suffering to stay away from illegal street ketamine and find something that works for them that is legal and safe. Even if you get unadulterated ketamine, self-administration can be very dangerous and result in death. It may also lead to addiction. The route of administration is very important for therapeutic benefit.

It’s definitely beneficial. I had TR cPTSD. And as of tonight’s final high dose IM injection, my clinical scores show full remission; this is something I’ve had for 10 years. And I’m finally Mr again. They have providers that come in and administer the dose and there’s 6 hidden cameras in the room. Your blood pressure and pulse is checked before, during, and after. But you don’t have a constant monitor. And the recliners are electric and there’s an enormous flatscreen tv with any trippy video you want. This is definitely too hospital-esque

I about get my 3rd dose what I have noticed and other aswell I more happy and I have open up more. I have less depression, stress, and anxiety episodes. however, every now and then I get minor depression but not to level where I shut myself from everyone

I just got approved the other day for the prescription. I'm incredibly excited for the potential to help me too like its helped other people I've talked too. I've been struggling with depression, suicidality, and substance abuse as a form of self medication for about 11 years now. I just turned 18 and the causes of my depression etc was from my parents divorce when I was a kid and that combined with every form of abuse excluding sexual messed me up really badly. My mom was really messed up from all forms of abuse as a kid and being put through the foster care system after her parents died. She also turned to substance abuse and turned into a methhead, alcoholic, pill junkie all of it. I've also been told I must likely have pandas and originally we thought I had aspergers which I might still have but I was able to deal with that before very well. All of my relationships have deteriorated to a barely sustainable level me and my girlfriend almost broke up less than a month ago bc of how bad I was getting she also suffers from depression and she had substance abuse issues mostly pills and alchohol. Me and her both got so much better after finding each other but I started getting bad again after a year ish and I got progressively worse over the last 8-10 months. I've overdosed countless times at this point with a few of the times being too close to death for my girlfriend and families comfort. I'm going to try low dose kratom tomorow to tie me over till I can get this treatment since the process to get prescribed was a little more difficult for me than it usually is but I'm really really excited after watching a bunch of after the treatment videos from people seeing how much it has helped. Starting the infusion before setting up the vitals and getting the patient comfortable is not advised. This particular patient is happy and eager to have her treatment. Most patients are nervous and have considerable anxiety going into the process. The bedside manner shown shouldn’t be seen as a standard.

Greetings doc! As someone whose both parents are health-care workers - mom is a nurse while dad is a Urologist Surgeon, I see no reason to blame you for doing private business(med clinic) offering medical care treatment for those able to pay the amount of money that you demand.

Ketamine was a game changer for me. Used for my first TKR, I became aware post op feeling on top of the world, no pain, no anxiety, no depression,(after over 50 plus years of depression), clear headed, ready to move on.After my second TKR, I was given fentanyl. It did NOTHING...no pain relief, no good mood in fact by day three post op, I was suicidal.I begged my surgeon to put me back on ketamine. Fortunately, he and the ICU staff fought the ICU doctor for me, twice, and I had 24 hours on ketamine, just enough to lift my mood and make my pain manageable. Unfortunately, I live in Australia where we are years behind the latest medical findings, so ketamine is severely restricted, adding to the suffering of depressed, chronic pain patients. The health department doesn't listen to the lived experience of patients, we are at the mercy/control of uninterested bureaucrats.

The blindfold part is really not necessary in my case it would’ve made my experience a lot more unpleasant. Looking around while under the procedure is enjoyable. Positive music and calm music is where it’s at. If you guys are planning to do this treatment remember to bring everything necessary such as a phone charger and water. Basically doing everything while under ketamine is difficult but at the same time kind of fun. Drinking water is difficult since your body is out of it and it’s hard to pick up anything. When going through the phone it’s very interesting everything is like distorted. Your trying to read but everything around the words is moving so you can’t really read because it’s hard not to look at the crazy wavy distortion. But all in all 6 treatments is a very good idea for anyone suffering with depression or anxiety. One thing to remember if you have Panic Attacks it will be on your mind during the treatment but in reality panic attacks aren’t real it’s all about what your mind thinks, once you realize that it doesn’t hurt you and it won’t cause you actual harm you kind of relax. But at the same time it’s very unpleasant. One time during the treatment my heart rate went from 70 bpm to 145 bpm in a matter of seconds. I saw my heart rate and at point something clicked and said CALM DOWN NOW and I started saying watch it’s about to drop back down to my normal rhythms and it did in about 30 seconds. It’s all about mind control and if you have a good doctor with you get ready because your on your way to happiness!

I have gone through 6 treatments with KCLA last year with incredible results. The experience is very intense and I find the more comfortable and prepared I am, the better the therapeutic experience. Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Pain all improved greatly. I could tell I needed a booster treatment bc they continue to send mood monitors and I can view the graphs of my responses whenever I want. I returned to KCLA in March of 2022 for two sessions and they were incredibly helpful. The FDA needs to get hip to these treatments as they work. My ketamine iv did not work for me for pain until hydromorphone was added to it. The ketamine increased the effect of the hydromorphone in my case. The ketamine alone did not affect me during my sickle cell crisis.

As a medical provider, I noticed a couple of steps that were neglected during the iv placement.. the injection site was not cleaned first with alcohol, the line was not flushed with saline prior to infusion. If that vein blows, it will be very painful. I am assuming vitals were taken prior to initiating the iv, but that is very important as well to use as a baseline then at least every 15-20 minutes during the infusion.

I think this is very amazing. Not sure why ketamine is thrown into the same foul categories as hard street drugs. It's very therapeutic. Keep doing what you're doing guys

I've had treatment resistant depression but can't afford this treatment unfortunately. My brother & father had treatment resistant depression & committed suicide. That looks like my fate because I can't afford the treatment.

To many people this video may have been upsetting. For good reasons (1 being the argument that the people who would benefit the most, will never get to experience this). BUT that does not discredit this video. This video helped me a bunch! I am in houston Texas, starting my first round next Tuesday. I have extreme depression, anxiety, a panic disorder and schizoaffective disorder. After 10 plus years of medicines and doctors, treatments inpatient and out, I’m hoping this helps. This video helped stifle the insane anxiety and paranoia I have about my first visit and how it may go for someone. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to have found a cheaper clinic to offer these services. Great video and thanks! From research, it seems ketamine may be one of the most effective ways to combat some mental illnesses. Hopefully one day insurance will cover this, if not, hopefully the health community will be much more affordable soon. In the meantime, I don’t think it makes sense to deem this practice ineffective, just because not everyone can have access to it. It’s unfortunate but I don’t believe most of the people in the comments are aware that it doesn’t discredit the benefits of infusion.

I’ve had a dozen iv ketamine infusions. Very EXHILARATING DURING INFUSION. Did not help me one bit afterwards . Why do I get the feeling that anything negative is quickly deleted? 🤔

That video wasn’t worth the time. The whole point of clicking on it was to actually watch some one as they experienced the ketamine, not watch them get the IV inserted, reclined and given an eye mask.

Unfortunately a majority of people who would benefit from the use of this product will not have a chance to experience the benefits, due to the pricing . If this was about helping people we would see prices that were more reasonable. This is just another opportunity to make someone rich .

Today I had my third infusion, but not in US. I don’t have Treatment Ressistant Depression. I am on Effexor and it helps, but wanted to try this method to see if I can be Venlafaxine free aftrewards or not. I am on 75mg minimum dose of this med and I am planning to get off after 6th infusion. My question is if you evere had similar case in your clinic or not? Thanks

I Know Ketamine works but what do your think of others arylcyclohexylamine ? I tried PCE (eticyclidine) and it worked on me and 2 of my friends. Now I take IV ketamine, PCE it so strong it can produce some confusion very easyly as high dose of ketamine too....Me it worked for depression but for bad obsession too and I stopped smoking, but for me I need to take it at least twice per month...

They might have stuck with her a little longer so she could relate the initial impressions of the drug hitting her brain. I did the whole shebang and I could talk for a minute or so but soon lost that ability as the drug built up. My setup wasn’t that fancy - no mask or music. I can see where some people won’t like it. One problem is you have to pee after a little while but you’re tied up. For me I still can’t decide if it helped at all as it some happened some bad personal events occurred during those weeks. Did the ketamine somehow effect my relationships? Quite possibly but they weren’t giving me any slack even after I revealed a deep medical procedure.

I have it once to twice a year in Sydney Australia for chronic pain side effect most definitely has been an anti dependent. I get hooked up to IV drip 24/7 for min 5 days slowly ( over 12 hours ) they raise the dose to 20ml/hour I feel pretty trippy on it. They then reduce my pain medication and at the end of the treatment day 6 I am back to being opiate naive ( my tolerance for pain killers is back to near zero ) I go in because the pain killers stop working after some time unless I increase the dose continually which is pointless and dangerous.

Hey I'm bipolar 1, albeit mainly depressed for the most part. I've had adverse reactions to every antidepressant I've tried as well as a mood disruption. Therefore, I'm wondering if you have any bipolar patients that do well with this treatment, without having any sort of mood dysregulation/fluctuation into mania. Just curious if this is a viable treatment option for me.
